Due to the nature of instant download and digital files, all purchases are final. No refunds are available at this time. If there are any problems with your file or its delivery, please contact us with your order number and we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue. Please check our FAQ before contacting us, for further instruction on where your files may be, and how to open them.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Downloadable software products

Please pay particular attention when using coupons or gift cards. Plan Print Land is not able to make adjustments manually if a discount code is not applied. The system will only allow one coupon code per purchase.

By placing an order in this store, you agree to these aforementioned terms.

Any customer who creates a Shopify, Paypal or bank dispute for any other reason than legitimate fraudulent activity/processing error (not due to a customer error), will forfeit all rights to purchase (or acquire anything for free) in this store for life.
